The End of the Trade Mission of 18 CIT Egyptian Companies in Canada

The trade mission co-organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) has given a great opportunity for 18 Egyptian CIT companies to explore the possibilities of boosting economic, trade and technological relations between the Egyptian government and the Egyptian expatriates in Canada, through presenting possible opportunities for investment in Egypt's ICT sector.
The mission, which started from Friday 8th of June to Wednesday 13th of June-2007, is jointly organized by MCIT, the Canadian Egyptian Business Council (CEBC), the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), the Egyptian Embassy in Canada and the Canadian Embassy in Egypt. Co-organizers include Canada-Arab Business Council, Toronto Trade Center, Montreal Trade Center, and Canada Manufacturers and Exporters Association
Headed by the Minister of Communications and Information Technology Dr. Tarek Kamel, the mission included prominent figures, such as the Egyptian Ambassador in Canada Mahmoud El Saeed, General Counselor Wafaa El-Hadidi, Chairman of Canada Egypt Business Council (CEBC) Moataz Raslan, ITIDA's CEO ENG. Mohamed Omran, and Board Member Mr. Amin Khair ElDin.
